A running toilet can waste hundreds of gallons a month. A rocking toilet can leak at the wax ring and damage your floor. We fix flappers, fill valves, loose tanks, and leaking seals — or swap the whole toilet for a new water-efficient model. We handle the haul-away too.
Typical cost depends on the exact scope, materials, and specific conditions. Photos are highly recommended to provide an accurate estimate without a site visit.

A flapper or fill valve replacement takes 30–60 minutes. A full toilet swap takes 1–2 hours including removal, installation, and testing. Wax ring replacement is about 1 hour.
Test the flapper annually by adding food coloring to the tank — if color appears in the bowl, the flapper needs replacing. Don't use in-tank drop-in cleaners, which degrade rubber seals.
