What Affects Pricing?
Every job is different, but we aim to keep pricing clear before work begins. These are the factors that shape the final cost.
Type of Repair
Different repairs require different skills, tools, and time.
Materials
Quality of materials affects both cost and durability.
Urgency
Same-week and emergency requests may affect scheduling.
Licensed Trade Needs
Some jobs require a licensed trade review before work begins.
Access & Parking
Easy access and parking help keep scheduling efficient.
Number of Tasks
Bundling multiple repairs into one visit is usually more efficient.
Location
Travel distance within Fairfield County affects scheduling.
Larger Project Scope
Bigger projects may route to a separate contractor review.
How We Price
We use several pricing approaches depending on the job type and scope.
Minimum Service Call
Good for small jobs. Includes a minimum visit charge covering the first amount of labor. Materials are separate. Additional time is billed in increments.
Fixed-Price Small Jobs
Good for well-defined tasks like TV mounting, furniture assembly, grab bar installation, shelf installation, small drywall patches, door hardware swaps, curtain rods, mirror hanging, and closet rod installation.
Punch List Bundle
Good for homeowners, agents, landlords, and property managers. Half-day or full-day handyman blocks with materials billed separately. Scope is prioritized in advance.
Maintenance Plans
Good for recurring customers. Quarterly checkups, monthly support, property manager plans, senior home support, and premium homeowner plans — customized by property type and frequency.
